We're honored to share that long-time United Way supporters and leaders in our community Capstone Health Alliance were awarded the esteemed Spirit of North Carolina award by United Way of North Carolina on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
The Spirit of North Carolina Award is presented in partnership with United Ways across North Carolina, naming an organization that truly embodies the spirit of their community, demonstrate excellence in their United Way campaign, and help build a philanthropic culture community-wide. As a supporter of United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County for more than a decade, Capstone Health Alliance has certainly exemplified all of these things and more. Not only does their critical support sponsor our annual Holiday Book Drive benefiting local students, members of their leadership team have served on our focus committees in addition to their staff monetary contributions in their annual campaign.
