We are looking for someone to help us raise the financial resources needed to improve the education, health and financial stability of the people of Buncombe County.
Led by Kevin Montgomery, a team member with 18 years fundraising experience, the Resource Development team is charged with developing and executing a wide range of fundraising activities. These strategies include grant writing, sponsorships, corporate gifts, special events, direct mail and donations from individuals who give what they can - be it $5 or $500,000. The Resource Development Manager (RDM) will be responsible for developing, executing, and achieving UWABC’s fundraising and donor engagement objectives within a portfolio of both workplace and direct mail accounts.
