In an attempt to better understand issues that are relevant to our local and national communities United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County hosts an ongoing book group. First designed for our own staff, we now welcome anyone from the community.
We try to align our books with events that might be occuring in town. This month's book is no exception. Pisgah Legal Services is hosting a community forum with Jose Antonio Vargas, the author of Dear America, Notes of an Undocumented Citizen.
If you would like to read this book with our group we will meet on the following days from 8:45-9:45 am in one of our conference rooms at 50 S. French Broad Ave, Asheville NC 28801
