2020 Holiday Book Drive Success
975 books are making their way out into the hands of our community partners to be distributed to the students who need them most thanks to your generous donations through our annual Holiday Book Drive.
We're so grateful to everyone who was able to support our students with the gift of literacy this year. We diversified our reading selection in tandem with our incredible program partners Barnes & Noble Asheville to be more reflective of the cultural diversity of our community throughout Buncombe County.
Special thanks to the book sellers at our local Barnes & Noble and to our wonderful sponsor Capstone Health Alliance, providing a generous Giving Tuesday sponsorship match of $1,000, securing over $2,000 alongside community donations toward the drive this year.
